We're a small Australian team and we read every message. We aim to reply within 2 business days (AEST).
What to tell us
You'll get a faster answer if your first message includes:
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- the name of the comp involved, if it's comp-specific;
- your device and its operating system version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18.5);
- the TippingMates app version, shown at the bottom of your Profile tab; and
- a screenshot, if there's something odd on screen.
Reporting a problem from inside the app
You can also reach us without leaving the app: open Profile → Feedback & Support and send us a message there. It lands in the same inbox, and it automatically includes your app version, so it saves you a step.
Common things
I can't sign in. TippingMates uses a one-time code sent to your email rather than a password, so there's nothing to reset. If the code hasn't arrived after a minute or two, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll look up the account.
I've been left out of a comp. Comps are private and invite-only, so ask the person who runs yours to re-send the invite link. If they've left or you can't reach them, email us with the comp name and we'll help.
My tips or score look wrong. Scores update from official results and can be provisional while a round is still being finalised. If it still looks wrong once the round is settled, email us with the comp name and round and we'll check it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your TippingMates account and its personal information at any time from Profile → Manage account → Delete account in the app.
If you currently run a comp, you'll be asked to hand it over to someone else first, so your group isn't left without an organiser.
If you can't get into the app, email us at tippingmates@websupreme.com.au from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done. What happens to your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
A reminder about what TippingMates is
TippingMates is a free social tipping game for private groups. There's no wagering, no betting odds and no prizes of monetary value — so there's nothing to deposit, and nothing to withdraw. If you've received a message claiming otherwise, it didn't come from us; please forward it to tippingmates@websupreme.com.au.
